Terms of Use

Dry Run · Last updated 17 June 2026

Dry Run helps you practise how you communicate. It does not give legal, medical, financial, tax, or other professional advice. The AI plays a role and can be inaccurate — use your own judgement and consult a qualified professional for real decisions.

1. Acceptance

By using Dry Run you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. Who can use it

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country (and at least 17, in line with the App Store rating). The app is for personal, non-commercial use.

3. What the app is — and isn't

Dry Run is a communication-practice tool. Responses and feedback are generated by AI for rehearsal purposes only. They are not professional advice and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for your situation. Do not rely on them to make legal, medical, financial, or employment decisions; seek a qualified professional.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no illegal, harmful, harassing, or abusive use; don't attempt to extract content for advice you'd act on in a regulated field; don't reverse-engineer or disrupt the service.

6. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outcomes (like getting a raise) will occur.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the app. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Intellectual property

The app, its content, and branding are owned by us. You get a personal, revocable licence to use the app.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
